The FULLY MANUAL tonearm does have a good hydraulic lift and drop feature but, for the price of this turntable, the tonearm should be fully automatic.

As the ATPL120 is loaded with built-in pre-amp, it can easily be connected to a home audio receiver component that has an auxiliary audio input port.
