Pioneer PL-990 is a magnificent entry-level belt-driven fully automatic turntable. The turntable comes with a built-in phono equalizer which has the ability to connect directly to a line or auxiliary input. This magnificent turntable plays the records of two speeds such as 33-1/3 and 45 RPM. Initially, it sets down the tonearm at the beginning of the record and picks it up at the end. This turntable also comes with moving-magnet cartridge.
The features that make PL-990 a wonderful turntable include a dust cover, phono EQ circuit that enables you to plug the turntable into any line-level input on receiver or mini-system. Other features include speed control, arm control and all the features that one could expect from a player.
